Shipping and Delivery Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
We offer the following delivery options within Malaysia:
- Free standard shipping on orders above RM400.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery method, weight, and destination.
- Delivery estimates exclude order processing time.
- During peak periods (e.g., Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali), delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased volume.
International Shipping
- Delivery times vary based on the destination country and selected shipping method.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Adaptique Wear is not liable for these charges.
Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Parcels
- If you're unavailable to receive the delivery, our courier partner may leave a notification for re-delivery or collection.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, or if the parcel isn't collected within the designated time, it will be returned to our warehouse.
- In such cases, the order may be cancelled, and a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued in accordance with our [Refunds & Returns Policy (link)].
Delivery Confirmation & Validation
- A signature or confirmation may be required upon receipt.
- A Delivery Confirmation Email with your tracking number and link will be sent once your order ships.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Email us at hello@adaptiquewear.com with your Order Number.
- We will assist you in resolving the issue, including filing a claim with the courier (if necessary)
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
if your items arrived damaged, defective, or is missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel
- Email hello@adaptiquewear.com with your Order Number and supporting photos
We will respond promptly in accordance with our Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy.
