Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

At Adaptique Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds, Returns and Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, forming an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

Change of Decision

We understand choices can be tricky. While we’re not obligated to provide a refund or replacement for a change of mind, we are here to help whenever we can. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, consistent with our Terms and Conditions.

Resolution for Major Concerns (Faulty or Incorrect Items)

You are entitled to a refund or exchange (subject to availability) if an item has a major problem, which includes when the item:

  • Has sizing issues (that deviate significantly from the stated size)
  • Shows significant deviation from the sample or description
  • Has manufacturing defects or production rejects
  • Is the incorrect item received

Please contact our Customer Support team at shop@adaptiquewear.com as soon as possible if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, providing details of the issue and photographic evidence where applicable. Upon verification, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will be responsible for the return shipping costs in such cases.

Eligible Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a refund or exchange (for reasons other than faulty or incorrect items, which are handled as per Section 2), ensure the product is:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and any accompanying accessories attached
  • Free from any damage, stains, odors (e.g., perfume, smoke), or alterations
  • Returned within fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order, along with the original proof of purchase (e.g., Order Confirmation or invoice)

Exclusions to 14-day Return Policy (Non-Returnable Items):

While most of our products are eligible for returns under the criteria above, there are some exceptions for hygiene and other reasons:

  • Undergarments
  • Socks
  • Face masks
  • Any Products that have been personalized, customized, or altered according to your specifications
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or with the use of promotional vouchers or discounts, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms.

These items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or do not conform to the Contract.

How Do I Return?

Follow these steps for a seamless return and refund experience:

  1. Email us at hello@adaptiquewear.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Return reason
  • Proof of defect (videos/ pictures), if applicable
  • Bank details (for refund process if the product unavailable)
  1. We’ll review your request and guide you accordingly.

  2. Once accepted, proceed with shipping the product back to us.

  • Please note that we reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.
  • Refund process takes 7-14 working days, reimbursed in the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
  • The processing time depends on your credit/debit card issuer's policies.

Shipping Instructions

Unless the Product is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item (in which case we will cover return shipping cost), you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the Product(s) to us. Return your product to:

  • No.23, Jalan MJ16, Taman Industri Meranti Jaya, 47120 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a traceable carrier and keeping the proof of shipment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted if your refund is approved.

International Returns

Customers outside Malaysia enjoy the same fourteen (14) day return and refund policy. For defective products, we may reimburse reasonable courier fees upon verification. Please contact hello@adaptiquewear.com for specific instructions on international returns.

Return Compensation

Depending on the circumstances, and consistent with our Terms and Conditions, customers may receive:

  • Full refund (for faulty/incorrect items or eligible returns).
  • Refund minus original shipping costs (for eligible returns).
  • Store credit (at our discretion for eligible returns or exchanges).
  • Exchange for a product of equal value (subject to availability).
